1. Donations

All donations made to Sarthak Charitable Trust via www.sarthakcharitable.org are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Errors in Donation

If you believe an error has been made in your donation, or if you made a duplicate transaction by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, if a genuine error is found, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• The donation was made by mistake.
• Duplicate transaction occurred.
• Incorrect donation amount was entered.
• Fraudulent transaction was reported by the cardholder.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
